Create your first Campaign

Follow these simple steps to set up your first LinkedIn messaging campaign:
Navigate to the Campaign Tab on your dashboard and click Create Campaign.
Give your campaign a name that describes its use case. For example, if you're sending messages after a meeting is booked via Cal.com or Calendly, you could name it "Meeting Booked".
Choose the LinkedIn account you want to use as the sender for this campaign.
If no senders are available, follow the steps in the Connect Your LinkedIn Account page to set one up.
Write and customize your message in the editor. You can preview it and use available variables like #first_name to personalize your messages.
Example: "Hello #first_name, I see we have a call scheduled. Looking forward to speaking with you!"
Pro Tip: Keep your messages concise, friendly, and relevant to increase engagement.
Before launching, you can send a test message to ensure everything is working properly. Simply click Send Test Message and enter a LinkedIn profile URL. (Note: This step is optional. If you prefer, you can skip it and move on to the next step.)
Use a friend’s LinkedIn profile to speed up the test, as it will skip the connection request step. Read our message sending process
Adjust settings to customize how your campaign runs. Available options include:
Exclude all already messaged persons
Manual validation (for reviewing messages before they are sent)
Allow weekend messages
Working hours only, and more.
Once ready, click Next.
Choose how you want to send your event data to Welcomessage. Options include:
