A campaign allows you to automate your messaging workflows for specific use cases. For example, you can create a campaign to send a LinkedIn message whenever someone books a call with you. To explore more examples, check out our Use Cases page.
On the Campaigns Tab, you’ll find all your campaigns. Each campaign is displayed with a quick overview showing:
Pending messages or invitations: Track how many messages are awaiting delivery.
Campaign status: Check whether the campaign is active, paused.
To create a new campaign, click the Create Campaign button.
Each campaign has three main tabs: General, Settings, and Integrations.
Sender: Write your campaign message and choose the sender (LinkedIn account) you want to use at any time.
Message Editor: Quickly preview and edit your message with variables like #first_name
or #company
to personalize each message. This helps you visualize how your messages will appear to the recipient.
Pause Campaign: You can pause the campaign if needed, preventing any further messages from being sent.
Send Test Message: Use this feature to test your campaign setup by sending a sample message to a selected LinkedIn profile. Enter a LinkedIn profile URL to test how your message will appear before launching your campaign. For faster testing, use a LinkedIn profile that is already in your network to skip the connection request process. For more details, visit the How It Works page.
Import CSV: Quickly add contacts using a CSV file. The file should include either the LinkedIn URL or a combination of first name, last name, and email. Be sure to follow the format in the provided template file.
Edit Campaign Name: Customize your campaign name as needed.
Campaign ID: Easily find your Campaign ID for use with integrations or API requests.
Delete Campaign: Remove a campaign permanently.
Campaign Options: Customize various settings for the campaign, including:
Working hours only: Limit message sending to business hours.
Allow Weekend Messages: Enable or disable messaging on weekends.

In the Integrations Tab, you can connect your campaign to any available integrations at any time. Whether you're using Zapier, Make, or APIs, you can easily automate message sending based on the triggers from other tools in your workflow.
