The Events page provides a comprehensive overview of every event happening across your team, including both pending events and a full history of past events. It’s your go-to place to track the progress of your outreach campaigns.
Upcoming Events (Queue): This section shows the list of events that are pending or scheduled to be sent. You can manually delete any upcoming event from your queue if necessary.
Past Events: View the complete history of events, including details like the contact targeted, the message sent, the campaign name, date of the event, and the event’s status.
There are two types of event statuses:
Final Status: These are static, definitive statuses that do not change once set.
Pending Status: These are dynamic statuses that show the event’s progress, with a loading indicator.
Message Sent: The message was successfully sent
Already Messaged: The automation stopped because you’ve already messaged this person. The campaign is set to not message people you’ve previously contacted
Waiting for Approval: The campaign is in manual mode; you must approve the event before it proceeds
Paused: The campaign is paused, so no messages will be sent
No Match: No LinkedIn profile URL found
Request Timeout: The person didn’t accept your connection request within a reasonable time
Error: An error occurred while contacting the profile
Preparing to Send Message: Please wait while we’re contacting the recipient.
Retrieving contact information: We’ve located the LinkedIn profile. Please wait while we retrieve contact information.
Waiting for Acceptance: We are waiting for up to 2 weeks for the person to accept your connection request.
By tracking your events and their statuses, you can stay on top of your campaigns and take manual actions when necessary. If something goes wrong, you’ll be notified immediately, allowing you to adjust or retry as needed.
